BRAND NEW REBUILT STAN STEPHENS ENGINE. COST £750.00
HELLO.BROUGHT THIS 17 JAN THIS YEAR.PREVOUS OWNER HAD REBUILT BIKE BETWEEN SEPT2010 AND FEB 2011.IT HAD BEENS HIS FATHERS AND SAT IN SHED FOR 5 YEARS,AND HAD MANY LC PARTS FITTED.HE DID THE FOLLOWING.and returned it to rd spec.rebuilt -frame-exhausts-wiring loom-paint (paint on tank has some dust under laquer,but only shows if at 6 inchs).right hand exhaust has some pit marks where chroming did no

Yamaha RD250 `D` 1977 Model Restoration Project. RD 250

Here we have a very well preserved example of this very collectable, cult 70`s Yamaha 250 sports bike. This being the 1977 designated `D` model, which is the first of the cast wheel models. The engine starts first kick every time and runs perfectly and has the benefit of having nearly all its original finishes in tact.
